Wastewater Disinfection PRODUCTS

  1. Water Champ® FX Induction Systems Provide Superior Mixing
    8/6/2014

The Water Champ® FX Chemical Induction System from Evoqua has set the benchmark in chemical feed and disinfection with its innovative design and versatile applications for chlorination, dechlorination, chloramines, pH adjustment and rapid mix. The system provides superior mixing intensity maximizing chemical reaction while using less energy. Independent third party testing has proven that a Water Champ system can provide up to 40% better power to flow-rate ratios compared to other induction mixers or conventional methods.

  2. High Speed CSO Filtration System
    7/20/2015

As measures of improving the combined sewer system, this high rate filtration system filters the rain water, which flowed directly to the river before, by using our original filter media. This new treatment system can be installed in the existed facilities and supplies stable filtrations for rainfall flow fluctuation.

  3. GDT Mixing & Contacting Systems
    5/19/2017

The GDT™ Process starts with the creation of ozone from an Ozone Generator. The ozone is then drawn into a Mazzei®Venturi Injector which provides dynamic mixing (a Back Pressure Control Valve adjusts injector outlet pressure optimizing ozone mass transfer in the system). Then mixing and contacting is enhanced in a Flash Reactor™. From there the two-phase flow travels to the Degas Separator (DS) & Relief Valve for additional mixing and entrained gas removal. And finally, the MTM Mixing Nozzles force dissolved ozone flow into the untreated water in the pipeline or basin for thorough mixing.

  4. Aftersales Solutions And Services
    10/5/2015

At De Nora, we are strongly committed to providing aftersales and service support for our entire equipmen portfolio and similar competitive equipment.

  5. Trident® HS Package Water Treatment Plant
    12/29/2014

The Trident HS package water treatment plant provides multi-barrier protection for difficult-to-treat surface water, groundwater, industrial process water, and tertiary wastewater. The multi-barrier design of the Trident HS, which consists of packaged high-rate settling, adorption clarification, mixed media filtration and optional UV disinfection, is the latest improvement of the original Trident system.

  6. VigorOx® WWT II Wastewater Disinfection Technology
    1/25/2016

VigorOx® WWT II is a strong wastewater disinfectant for use in wastewater treatment that can replace chlorine or improve the performance of a UV system. VigorOx WWT II, a peracetic acid (PAA)-based formulation, is an equilibrium mixture of acetic acid (vinegar), hydrogen peroxide and water.

  7. 3-Way Valve
    4/1/2015

The 3-Way Valve is available in 4”, 6” and 8” sizes and is available as a stand-alone valve or as part of a Vaughan submersible or vertical wet-well Chopper Pump. The valve is a non-plug design using a rotatable CD-4MCu valve disc to allow discharge out of either of the top ports.

  8. Trough-Guard® Media Baffle
    8/6/2015

The Leopold Trough-Guard media baffle is a stainless steel assembly that is fastened onto both sides of wash-water troughs to help prevent significant media loss during concurrent air/water filter backwash.

  9. Turbo Mixer
    4/1/2015

Vaughan’s Turbo Mixer is a propeller mixer mounted vertically inside an 18” elbow. This mixer has replaced many submersible propeller mixers which have experienced motor or gearbox failure due to fluid inleakage. The Turbo can mix a pit with only one foot of liquid above the floor, something a horizontal shaft submersible mixer cannot do.

  10. MARINER OMNIPURE® Series M55 Marine Sewage System
    10/5/2015

The MARINER OMNIPURE® Series M55 marine sewage treatment units offer a unique approach to wastewater treatment on smaller vessel, workboat and yacht applications. MARINER OMNIPURE Series M55 features a bulkhead mounting arrangement — a first of its kind — that provides safe and effective treatment of the wastewaters on board your vessel. The system results in discharge effluent quality well within the MEPC.159(55) requirements.
