Designed with the dairy market in mind, the Dampier membrane is optimized to withstand long-term exposure to fats, oils, greases, phosphorus, chlorines and other readily present chemicals. Its silicone elastomers possess inherently low intermolecular forces, providing excellent resistance to hot and cold temperatures. Our Dampier membranes are hydrophobic, and do not react with the unique chemicals present in dairy wastewater. Heat stable (up to 365°F) and flexible at low temperatures, these custom formulated membranes provide durable, chemically-correct solutions for dairy wastewater treatment.

It combines vertically mounted, low-speed surface aerators with an oxidation ditch design to maximize oxygen transfer efficiency while maintaining the greatest flexibility for power turndown. In addition, the OxyStream™ has greater side water depths and fewer required aerators than a conventional brush rotor or disc rotor oxidation ditch. The vertical slow-speed surface aerator eliminates maintenance-prone horizontal shafts, pillow block bearings, and drive units near the water surface. Above all, the OxyStream™ Oxidation Ditch provides energy savings and produces predictable, high-quality effluent.

The 304 stainless steel volute and intake cone are standard features of the Aqua-Jet II. A one-piece motor shaft of 17-4 stainless steel and dynamically balanced propeller of 316 or 15-5 stainless steel are also standard. The dome shaped cover assembly is constructed of fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) for spray control.
