Winery Wastewater Treatment Systems
3/31/2014
ClearBlu installs the most effective winery wastewater systems available. We are a design/build contractor. Utilizing biodigester technology, our capital costs for systems are significantly lower than other systems. Why? Because we are not utilizing municipal wastewater system technology to treat winery waste. They represent two different problems.
Winery waste water contains sugars and grape organics. This narrow profile means that it is easier to treat. Typically engineering firms will spend 10’s or 100’s of thousands of dollars designing systems that are overly complex, very costly to install, difficult to operate and expensive to maintain. By focusing on the content of the waste stream, ClearBlu installs systems with much smaller footprints. If ponds are utilized, less than 24% of the acreage engineers require will be needed. We eliminate chemical usage by eliminating DAF and SAF systems.

Aqua CAM-D
9/11/2025
The AquaCAM-D® is a combination aerator/mixer/decanter designed for use in sequencing batch reactor systems (SBRs), treating flows as low as a few thousand gallons per day up to 100,000 gallons per day. The unit independently aerates and mixes the reactor to achieve anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic environments, while offering subsurface decanting of the final effluent. These capabilities make the AquaCAM-D ideal for low level phosphorus and total nitrogen applications. The unit has proven performance in a variety of municipal and industrial applications for both pretreatment and secondary wastewater treatment.

Grease And Oil Aeration Tank: G.O.A.T.
10/18/2013
Our Grease Oil Aeration Tanks were designed for the permanent removal and oxidation of F.O.G. (Fats, Oils, & Grease) and H2S in commercial and residential grease traps and grease interceptors. The G.O.A.T. is a compact stainless steel tank located in close proximity to a sink or dishwasher for the treatment of “Gray Water” effluent. The G.O.A.T. incorporates hybrid ozone with hydroxyl radicals (A.O.P) for the permanent removal of F.O.G. and H2S on contact. DO2E’s G.O.A.T. achieves the maximum oxygen transfer required for the total breakdown of all F.O.G. particulates. F.O.G. is converted on contact into suspended micro-fine inert particulates.
