Wastewater Aeration Products

  1. Envirex® Biological Treatment and Clarification
    11/20/2014

Evoqua's biological treatment and clarification business is rooted in the first chain systems applied to a wastewater plant. A REX® system from the Chain Belt Company, a precursor to Envirex®, was installed in 1910 and operated for almost seventy years with the support of our experts and aftermarket services. Envirex branded wastewater technologies from Evoqua has continued to be an innovative leader for equipment designs and services for aeration, biological treatment, anaerobic treatment, clarification, digestion, and separation treatment equipment for municipal and industrial applications.

  2. Cyclix™ Anaerobic Digester Mixing Control System
    4/6/2018

The Cyclix™ system is a controls package that can be utilized with a JetMix™ hydraulic  mixing system to optimize operational time and reduce energy costs. The system consists of a control panel with a programmable logic controller (PLC) and temperature sensors that monitor temperature within the reactor to dictate when the mixing system should be operated.

  3. Aeration System
    3/31/2014

ClearBlu Environmental focuses on complete aerobic digestion of organic waste. This process is desirable over anaerobic digestion because it is fast, odor free, and prevents the need for any solids removal procedures. Aerobic digestion is desirable over DAF systems because it eliminates the need for costly chemical use and disposal. ClearBlu uses a unique aeration technology known as microbubble aeration, to achieve an aquatic environment which supports a bacteria population capable of complete digestion.  This is the key difference over conventional technologies.

  4. UNOX™ Process Upgrade
    5/23/2016

Praxair has had an extensive history of innovation in the wastewater treatment process. About 15% of all wastewater treatment in the United States occurs in UNOX™ type systems. Since their original construction, many facilities now require adherence to new regulations. Praxair can help you make the required changes to ensure that your facility is running in the most efficient way possible and in line with current standards. We provide a wide range of technologies for UNOX™ facilities. These include enhancements that can help you achieve reduced operating costs and improved reliability through the upgrade of oxygen generation and dissolution equipment.

  5. Aeration; Bioflo
    12/28/2007
S&N AIROFLO has developed and tested a new attached aeration growth treatment unit that can be used to upgrade lagoons to achieve more efficient nitrification. Most lagoons struggle to consistently meet 30/30 requirements for BOD5 and suspended solids
  6. OxyMix® Pure Oxygen Mixer For Efficient Oxygen Transfer
    8/21/2012

Since 1969, Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc. has led the industry in surface aeration and mixing with thousands of installed units throughout the world. For those wastewater applications that require an efficient means of introducing oxygen into a system, the OxyMix pure oxygen mixer is an economical solution compared to other pure oxygen devices.

  7. Aeration- DiF-JET Aerators
    12/26/2012

Aeration is the heart of most industrial and municipal wastewater treatment and we have a new, cutting-edge solution.

  8. STM-Aerotor™ Biological Nutrient Removal
    6/16/2015

The STM-Aerotor™ Biological Nutrient Removal System uses Integrated Fixed Film and Activated Sludge (IFAS) technology as part of a process that provides biological nutrient removal for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.
