FEATURED PRODUCTS

U.S. Pipe’s TR-XTREME® pipe is engineered for seismic resilience, providing the first domestic ductile iron pipeline capable of expansion, contraction, and deflection within a single restrained bell joint.

U.S. Pipe’s HP LOK® Restrained Joint Pipe and Fittings offer flexible push-on joints for 42"–64" ductile iron pipe, providing a working pressure equivalent to the parent pipe, with a maximum rating of 350 psi.

Flanged pipe and fittings are key components in rigid piping systems, ideally suited for above-ground installations in water filtration plants, sewage disposal facilities, wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and industrial plants, per AWWA C115/A21.15 standards.

U.S. Pipe Fabrication delivers world-class ductile iron and steel piping solutions, with custom fabrication, advanced coatings, and industry-leading linings to meet every waterworks and industrial project.

Restrained joint systems play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of pressurized ductile iron pipelines, particularly where thrust forces occur due to changes in direction, elevation, or flow conditions.

For more than 50 years, metallic zinc coating has provided proven, active corrosion protection for ductile iron pipe, helping utilities extend service life in a wide range of soil and environmental conditions.

Polyethylene Encasement has been protecting ductile iron pipe since 1958, earning its reputation as the most economical and proven method of corrosion control in the industry.

US Pipe Fabrication’s SG-14® glass lining system delivers a robust, ASTM B1000-21–compliant solution engineered for demanding wastewater and sewage treatment applications.

TYTON JOINT® is U.S. Pipe’s trademark for pipe with a push-on type connection. Simplicity, sturdiness and watertightness are built into the system by design. Convincing proof of its worldwide acceptance is shown by the fact that more than 95% of the pipe now sold by U.S. Pipe is TYTON JOINT.

Gray iron pipe preceded Ductile Iron pipe by well over 100 years. Its intended use was to convey water as well as wastewater. Continuous tests and field experience have brought the production and use of Ductile Iron pipe to maturity. It has replaced gray iron pipe in practically all applications. Ductile Iron is a high-strength, tough material used in water and sewer systems in all states within the U.S. and in many other areas of the world.

Many owners and installers prefer the strength and simplicity of HDSS Pipe and Fittings. The joint is integrally restrained which gives it four advantages:

The patented U.S. Pipe TY-CON Conductive Gaskets are for use in Ductile-Iron pipe and fittings provided with the time proven TYTON JOINT®, and HDSS® restrained joint. TY-CON gaskets are intended to provide pipe joint conductivity for thawing service connections in cold climates.
