U.S. Pipe Fabrication delivers world-class ductile iron and steel piping solutions, with custom fabrication, advanced coatings, and industry-leading linings to meet every waterworks and industrial project.

Specializing in ductile iron fabrication, the company produces flanged pipe and spools, grooved pipe, weld rings, wall and thrust collars, and both flanged and Field Lok gaskets. All pipe is manufactured to AWWA C115/ANSI A21.15 standards, accommodating 3"–64" Class 53 pipe, with options for flanged, grooved, or custom configurations. Pipes are lined with cement, glass, or Protecto 401™ to suit a range of applications, with cement-lined inventory maintained to AWWA C104/ANSI A21.4 standards. Higher classes, including Class 54, 55, and 56, are also available.

In addition to ductile iron, U.S. Pipe Fabrication provides extensive carbon and stainless steel fabrication at facilities in Marysville, CA, San Antonio, TX, and Orlando, FL. Services include spooling, custom pump manifolds, filter face piping, inline fittings of any angle, and turbine pump cans. Standard end configurations include flanged, bell/spigot, grooved, and butt welding, complemented by coatings and linings such as fusion-bond epoxy, cement, glass, and wet paints to complete every project.

U.S. Pipe also leads in fittings manufacturing through its Metalfit line, offering mechanical joint, flange joint, and restrained joint fittings, all produced to AWWA C153/ANSI A21.53 and AWWA C110/ANSI A21.10 standards. With a full range of linings—including cement, Protecto 401™, glass, and more—and standard coatings like bituminous, fusion-bonded epoxy, and zinc, U.S. Pipe continues to advance industry standards for durability, reliability, and performance in ductile iron and steel piping systems.
