Field Lok 350® Gasket
Restrained joint systems play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of pressurized ductile iron pipelines, particularly where thrust forces occur due to changes in direction, elevation, or flow conditions.
U.S. Pipe’s FIELD LOK 350® Gasket offers a proven, boltless solution for achieving reliable joint restraint while simplifying installation and reducing overall project costs.
Designed for use with TYTON JOINT® ductile iron pipe, fittings, and valves, the FIELD LOK 350 Gasket delivers instant restraint during assembly. Stainless steel locking segments vulcanized into the gasket grip the pipe spigot securely, preventing joint separation without the need for thrust blocks, bolts, rods, clamps, or retainer glands. This integrated design not only saves labor and materials, but also minimizes installation time in the field.
Rated for operating pressures up to 350 psi—matching Pressure Class 350 pipe—the FIELD LOK 350 Gasket provides engineers with greater flexibility when designing water, wastewater, and fire protection systems. The gasket’s dual rubber hardness helps lock it firmly into the bell, reducing the risk of rolling or displacement during assembly, even in demanding conditions. Available in sizes from 4" to 24", the system is listed by Underwriters Laboratories and approved by Factory Mutual for a range of pressure ratings.
Ideal for buried installations, the FIELD LOK 350 Gasket enables fast, secure restraint for both factory and field-cut pipe, requiring no special surface preparation beyond standard beveling. With more than one million successful joint assemblies across North America, FIELD LOK 350 continues to set the standard for dependable, high-performance restrained joint solutions.
