Receiving System Tank Screens Out Solids
TLT Sewage Receiving systems are designed for taking in municipal sewage or septage and screening out solids prior to passing it on for further treatment. The TLT 100-300 products are designed to receive pumped municipal sewage and the larger TLT 400 and 500 are able to also accept septage waste from haul trucks. -
SLB Screening Conveyor Compactor
8/18/2016
Low Flow Screening And Compacting Solution
The SLB Screening Conveyor Compactor is an ideal pretreatment screening solution for rural housing, resorts, camps and other remote treatment works. It is designed to receive pumped influent directly from 2” or 3” (50-75 mm) sewage pumps with a maximum 2” solid. It will remove trash from primary effluent flows in the range of 50 – 300 gpm (11-68 m3/hr) ahead of the biological process. -
IFO, IFS & IFU Internally Fed Drum Screens

Industrial Screens To Achieve Superb Solids Separation
JWC’s line of Internally Fed Rotary Drum Screens (IFO/IFU/IFS) for industrial applications are designed to provide superior solids recover from wastewater streams. JWC has been providing reliable and robust screening solutions globally through its IPEC brand since 1979. They have been used in a variety of food & beverage and industrial wastewater applications including beef, hog, poultry, and seafood offal, protein rendering, fruit and vegetable processing, pulp & paper production just to name a few. -
IFT Sludge Thickener
8/18/2016
The IFT Rotary Drum Sludge Thickener offers best in class performance for achieving 5-15% solids for municipal wastewater sludge. JWC’s Rotary Drum Thickener almost exclusively utilizes woven wire mesh screening panels for the construction of the drum. This allows for capture rates in excess of 98% and a much lower polymer use compared to systems using perforated plates or wedgewire drums. The wire mesh screening media is built into removable panels that are installed on a drum frame. This allows for a simple exchange of screening panels if they are damaged or conditions change without having to acquire a full drum.

SHS & SHP Sidehill Screens
8/18/2016
Simple And Economical Solids Separation
The simplicity of the SHS and SHP Sidehill Screens make them an excellent choice static screening applications. With no motors or moving parts the Sidehill Screens let gravity do the work as effluent flows down the screening media. The screening elements are fixed, curved, slotted, wedgewire screens oriented horizontally across the direction of flow. The screening surface is positioned at a steeply sloped angle providing an effective means of quickly stripping of liquid and allowing the solids to slide off the bottom of the screen. -
Drumscreen MonsterĀ®
8/18/2016
Ultimate Fine-Screening For Pumped Flows
The Drumscreen Monster is a proven fine screening solution for municipal wastewater that has both high flows and lower solids content. This screening technology used at the headworks protects sensitive treatment processes including MBRs from fibers and other fine particles. It is also commonly used within clarifier scum screening operations.
