    The EL 500 Series flow meters allow accurate flow measurement in small lines sizes with very low flow rates. This meter series has five different sizes ranging between 1/8 to 3/4 inch. The flow tube is 316 stainless steel with NPT, ASIS 316 UNI 338 male threaded, triclamp / ISO 2852 or DIN 11851 connections. Connections and electrodes are supplied in 316L stainless steel as standard and are also available in Hastelloy C and Titanium on request.

It enables reliable measurement even under very harsh process conditions with temperatures up to +180°C / +356°F, low conductivities (≥1 µS/cm), high solid contents (up to 70%) and high pressures (up to 1500 bar / 21751 psi). For custody transfer applications, the OPTIFLUX 4300 has a wide range of certifications including OIML R49 and R117 or MI-001 and MI-005. It can also be used for flow measurement in district heating networks requiring MI-004 approval.

The meter is an economical solution for general applications with conductive liquids (≥5 μS/cm) and lowers solid content (up to 10%). Unlike the basic device OPTIFLUX 1050, the OPTIFLUX 1100 offers better accuracy. It is suitable for use in various industries – from water, wastewater, and mobile applications to machine building (OEM), agriculture, and utilities to firefighting.
