Ion Exchange
7/29/2016
Ion exchange, often abbreviated IX, is an effective technology for removing dissolved ionic compounds
from liquid solutions, primarily drinking water sources. IX is most commonly known for removing nitrate but is also
effective at removing contaminants such as perchlorate, arsenic, Chrome-6, and more recently, PFAS (Per- and
Polyfluorinated Substances). -
ETS-UV™ For Drinking Water
2/4/2014
Drinking water facilities are under pressure to do more with less. Public safety and water quality cannot be compromised so it's important to incorporate solutions that are proven to perform. A number of ETS-UV™ disinfection systems have been validated by an independent third party for drinking water in accordance with the US EPA Design Guidance Manual and NSF/ANSI Standard 61.

Field Pilot Studies
10/15/2018
Pilot tests conducted at numerous facilities demonstrate that Loprest treatment processes successfully reduce iron, manganese, arsenic, nitrate, and many other select contaminants in drinking water to well below the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL). Loprest can provide self-contained portable, free-standing pilot units or mobile, trailer-mounted units, depending on specific testing needs at each site.

Aquafine Ultraviolet Treatment Systems For TOC Reduction
1/29/2025
Aquafine TOC reduction units coupled with ion exchange systems or EDI will oxidize trace organics into smaller ionic species, carbon dioxide and water, which are more readily removed by ion exchange resins, EDI, and/or degasifiers.
