  1. Monster Wash Press

    JWC Environmental’s Monster Wash Press (MWP) cleans and compacts the discharge from headworks screens, separating water and organics from the solids.  It features a Muffin Monster® grinder to pre-condition screenings before entering the Monster Wash Press.  The grinder breaks open rags, plastics and trash to promote washing and removal of soft organics.  The patent-pending paddle rotor in the active wash zone agitates the material to enhance water penetration throughout the debris for even better removal of the organics from the solids.  Organics are washed back into the wastewater treatment process and the solids are compacted into a dry, less odorous solid plug.  The Monster Wash Press is designed for easy maintenance.  The rotor and field replaceable screen can be removed via the top of the unit, minimizing the clearance space needed around the unit during maintenance.  A grinderless version of the Monster Wash Press is also available.

  2. Monster Metal™

    Monster Metal™ is an abrasion and corrosion resistant cutter alloy. It is a steel alloy with the perfect balance of carbon for strength with a Rockwell HRc of 55-60 and chromium for corrosion resistance typically associated with stainless steel. Monster Metal is available on 30004T and 30005 Muffin Monsters®, CMD-XD2.0 and CDDXD2.0 Channel Monsters® and the 3-HYDRO-IX and 3-HYDRO-C.   Monster Metal offers a longer life with at least double the life of typical industry cutters paired with a 5-year extended limited warranty.

  3. EquaReact® Combined Equalization And Treatment System

    EquaReact® is a unique wastewater treatment process that combines hydraulic flow equalization and multi-stage (anaerobic, anoxic, or aerobic) Activated Sludge treatment as a system offering to provide Biological or Enhanced Nutrient Removal in both Industrial and Municipal markets. The EquaReact® System reduces land requirements, energy consumption, and capital costs while increasing the overall treatment system performance and efficiency.

  4. EquaCel® Soluble BOD And Ammonia Removal Pretreatment System

    EquaCel® is a unique Wastewater Pretreatment process that utilizes the Parkson EquaReact® process along with Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) technology as a system offering to achieve both hydraulic flow equalization and high efficiency soluble BOD and ammonia removal for Industrial wastewater pretreatment.

  5. Biolac® Long Sludge Age Process

    The Biolac® System is a well-accepted biological wastewater treatment process with over 25 years of experience and hundreds of successful installations treating municipal and industrial wastewater. Using an innovative long sludge age, activated sludge process, the Biolac® System provides an extremely simple and cost-effective solution for many treatment applications.

  6. Hycor® Helisieve® M In-Channel Fine Screen

    The Parkson Helisieve® In-Channel Fine Screen combines fine screening, conveying and dewatering to create a highly economical system that produces screenings dry enough to take to a landfill without the need of an additional dewatering press. Screen openings are available in the standard 1/4” perforations or optional 1/8”. The heart of the system is a shaftless spiral with a brush in the screen basket area to keep the screen clean.

  7. Hycor® Rotostrainer® Externally-Fed Rotating Drum Screen

    Introduced over 25 years ago, the Rotostrainer® screen is the original self-cleaning wedgewire screen. With over 700 installations, it is a proven fine screening technology for municipal wastewater treatment plants and many industries with several application capabilities.

  8. Hycor® Helicon® Shaftless Spiral Conveyor

    The Helicon® spiral conveyor is the answer for efficient, reliable automatic transport. The conveyor is frequently used in conjunction with other Hycor® equipment to create a solids management system that conveys the screened solids to washing or dewatering, and ultimately to disposal.

  9. Hycor® Combi® Packaged Headworks System

    The Combi® is an all-in-one headworks solution that integrates fine screening, screenings dewatering and grit handling in a single, pre-fabricated, stainless steel unit.

  10. Hycor® Rotoshear® PF Internally-Fed Rotating Perforated Plate Drum Screen

    Rotating drum screens with perforated plate screen media are the most successful solution for screening prior to an MBR system. Because Rotoshear® PF uses Rotoshear®’s base structure, it is the most reliable and highest capacity screen for an MBR plant.
