  2. OPTIFLUX 1050 Electromagnetic Flowmeter 8/26/2019

    The OPTIFLUX 1050 is a cost-effective electromagnetic flowmeter (EMF) with lightweight wafer-style design. The meter is a very economical solution for simple applications with conductive liquids (≥ 5 μS/cm) involving low solid content (up to 10%). This particularly includes applications in water, wastewater, mobile applications, agriculture or firefighting where extremely high accuracy, extensive diagnostics or a wide range of communication options are not a priority. The extra isolation of the electronic device and housing makes this EMF also suitable for use in areas with extreme humidity.

    The OPTIMASS 1400 is a cost-effective twin straight tube Coriolis mass flowmeter for a wide range of standard applications with gases and liquids (up to 170,000 kg/h or 6,235 lb/min). The meter features Entrained Gas Management (EGMTM) for liquid applications, providing reliable readings even in the event of gas entrainment of up to 100%. In this way, the Coriolis meter enables continuous and uninterrupted measurement of volume flow and mass, density and temperature – even at difficult process conditions with 2-phase flow.

    The EL 500 Series flow meters allow accurate flow measurement in small lines sizes with very low flow rates. This meter series has five different sizes ranging between 1/8 to 3/4 inch. The flow tube is 316 stainless steel with NPT, ASIS 316 UNI 338 male threaded, triclamp / ISO 2852 or DIN 11851 connections. Connections and electrodes are supplied in 316L stainless steel as standard and are also available in Hastelloy C and Titanium on request.

Due to the optimized flow profile, the meter is practically independent of interferences from the installation environment.     The WATERFLUX ,3300 is an electromagnetic flowmeter (EMF) for demanding water applications and custody transfer operations (MID MI-001, OIML R49; MI-004). The high-end meter is particularly suitable for applications requiring high accuracy and extensive diagnostics. With its rectangular and reduced cross-section the EMF enables a stable measurement even at low flow rates. This way, the WATERFLUX ,3300 offers a much larger turndown ratio (1000:1) than mechanical flowmeters (e.g. turbine meters) in drinking water distribution networks.
