SulFeLox®
8/9/2024
Hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) presents a significant challenge in wastewater management. Its foul odor and corrosive nature can severely damage infrastructure, leading to costly repairs. More importantly, H₂S poses substantial health risks, including respiratory issues and, at high concentrations, potentially lethal effects. Effective H₂S control is not just a regulatory requirement; it's essential for safeguarding infrastructure and public health.
Our Solution:
SulFeLox® is USP’s patented buffered iron solution for wastewater collection system sulfide control, with a hazard rating profile similar to nitrate (1-0-0).

TOC Theory
10/29/2014
TOC is a popular analytical technique in water quality testing, as seen in many official analytical methods today. The United States Pharmacopoeia (USP), European Pharmacopoeia (EP) and Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP), recognizes TOC as a required test for purified water and water for injection (WFI). As stated in USP method <643> on Total Organic Carbon:

IFT Sludge Thickener
8/18/2016
The IFT Rotary Drum Sludge Thickener offers best in class performance for achieving 5-15% solids for municipal wastewater sludge. JWC’s Rotary Drum Thickener almost exclusively utilizes woven wire mesh screening panels for the construction of the drum. This allows for capture rates in excess of 98% and a much lower polymer use compared to systems using perforated plates or wedgewire drums. The wire mesh screening media is built into removable panels that are installed on a drum frame. This allows for a simple exchange of screening panels if they are damaged or conditions change without having to acquire a full drum.

Constant Chlor® Rapid Rate Feeder Fast-Acting CSO Disinfection System
1/11/2021
The Constant Chlor® Rapid Rate Feeder is a highly-customizable large scale CSO disinfection system for wastewater applications. CSOs may occur after a large rainfall or melt, causing wastewater to exceed the capacity of the system. When used with Constant Chlor® Plus Briquettes, the Rapid Rate feeder is able to quickly disinfect the large volume of wastewater during a CSO event.
