The packaged Smith & Loveless TITAN MBR™ Membrane BioReactor (MBR) provides commercial and private developers the most cost-effective solution for enhanced wastewater treatment and water reuse. Enhanced to make operation even more automated and simpler, and regular maintenance even safer and less frequent than any other membrane system, the new TITAN MBR™ features more compact models with the ability to achieve customized effluent goals and water reuse efficiently.

S&L TITAN MBR™ systems utilize S&L flat-sheet membranes to meet or exceed the most stringent regulatory standards (including California Title 22) for direct discharge and secondary reuse applications. Designed with rugged stainless steel componentry and pre-wired cable trays, we have simplified things into a truly factory-built plug-and-play system. The only thing that needs installation on site is the fine screen. Pre-engineered systems range in capacity from 1,000 GPD (3.8 m3/d) to 0.1 MGD (1,890 m3/d).
