The Smart Water Networks Forum (SWAN) is thrilled to announce Metro Vancouver as its Lead Utility Partner at the upcoming 14th Annual SWAN Conference, which will be held in Vancouver, Canada from May 20-22, 2024. This year, this leading, global smart water event of the year will focus on the theme “Bridging Water Realities: Embracing Collaborative Innovation”.

Metro Vancouver provides utility services including drinking water and wastewater treatment to 2.8 million residents in the largest metropolitan region in western Canada. As the Lead Utility Partner, Metro Vancouver will host morning utility study tours to the Seymour Capilano Drinking Water Filtration Plant and the Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant.

The Conference will kick off with an opening keynote address by Jerry W. Dobrovolny, Commissioner & Chief Administrative Officer at Metro Vancouver.
