PumpMan Holdings LLC Acquires Alyan Pump LLC

PumpMan Holdings LLC (“PumpMan Holdings”), a Soundcore Capital Partners, LLC (“Soundcore”) portfolio company, recently announced that it has completed the acquisition of Alyan Pump LLC (“Alyan”) based in Folcroft, PA, a leading provider of specialty packaged pump systems and column and submersible sump and sewage packages.

Alyan was founded in 1955, and serves customers in the municipal, commercial, industrial and residential markets in the Philadelphia area and across the mid-Atlantic region. The company will continue to operate under the Alyan brand and will continue to provide its customers with exceptional products and services as part of PumpMan Holdings.
