Avanti InternationalHydrofoam is designed for grouting joints or repairing leaks in concrete structures. It forms a flexible gasket in the joint or crack, that is said to be virtually unaffected by corrosive environments. This foam is designed to be used when greater than 10% movement of the substrate is anticipated, and may also be used in place of the company's rigid foam grout.
In its uncured form, this product is a transparent amber, non-flammable liquid. When the Hydrocel catalyst is added and the resin comes in contact with moisture, the resin expands and cures to resilient, flexible closed-cell foam.
It offers a viscosity of 500 cps, a specific gravity of 1.106 % and a flash point of 280°F.
