Fluidyne, a division of Engineering Measurements Company, introduces the Hydro-Flow Model 3100 flowmeter which uses proven vortex technology to measure flow. The retractable insertion Model 2200 is the ideal flow monitoring solution for general water, water/glycol mixtures, and condensate. Pipe connections include carbon steel thread-o-let, or saddle 2" NPT.
Hydro-Flow Model 3100 vortex flowmeters feature no moving parts, providing lower maintenance, lower total cost of ownership and eliminating the possibility of fluid contamination. The "hot tap compatible" meter means no line shutdown during installation. Hydro-Flow's unique microprocessor based electronics and piezo-resistive sensor ensures high accuracy at low flows (as low as 0.5 ft/sec) with a 30:1 turndown. In line sizes from 3" to 20".
