Headworks is proud to announce that its products offered in the USA water and wastewater treatment market comply with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act's (ARRA) Section 1605 "Buy American" provisions. Headworks is an American company based in Houston, Texas. All fabrication and assembly for the USA market is done 100% within the United States and is comprised of major components and materials purchased exclusively from US suppliers. Additionally, the company's products meets the guidelines set out in the "Joint Explanatory Statement to Section 1605" issued by the government.

While final guidance on how the provisions are to be interpreted by the Office of Management and Budget and the EPA has yet to be published, the DOD, GSA and NASA agencies have published their Interim Rules covering these provisions. Headworks management has carefully reviewed these Interim Rules, by the first agencies to set out these guidelines, and assures its customers and manufacturers' representatives that purchase of any of our products will allow their project to remain in compliance.
