Standard Pump, Inc. ends are designed with threaded joints for easy maintenance and individual component replacement, without special tools. This full line of seal-less chemically resistant drum/container pumps are made with materials of construction that include polypropylene, PVDF and stainless steel. Lengths include 27" (carboys), 39" (drums), 47" (tanks), 60" and 72" (totes and shipping containers). A unique finned TFE guide sleeve is employed to stabilize the shaft and allow for smooth running. Carbon bushings are Pure Carbon 6038C and motors are available in 115V or 220V. Enclosures include open drip proof, TEFC, EXP and Pneumatic. Flow rates range from 0 to 32 g/min with no damage to the pump or motor when shut off is achieved. A brush system ensures in field replacement of brushes without special tools or knowledge. These drum/container pumps can transfer almost any corrosive, combustible or viscous material from or into any size shipping and storage container.
