AWWA's Annual Conference & Exposition Professional Sessions Focus On Total Water Solutions

The American Water Works Association and its local section partner, the California-Nevada Section, have compiled a professional program for this year’s Annual Conference& Exposition that will focus on Total Water Solutions to address the changing needs of the global water community. ACE15 will take place June 7-10 in Anaheim, Calif.

The two Total Water Solutions professional sessions to be held during ACE15 are:

  • Innovative Communication and Engagement Strategies for Improving Customer Relationships on Mon., June 8, 2–4 p.m.
  • The Future of Water Utility Management: Advanced Metering Analytics (AMA) on Tues., June 9, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

HomeServe, ACE15’s opening general session sponsor, is an advocate in supporting Total Water Solutions as the largest provider of home repair service plans. HomeServe will lead the Total Water Solutions session entitled Innovative Communication and Engagement Strategies for Improving Customer Relationships. “The services we’ve developed are the result of our utilities saying every drop of water is important and these services have saved hundreds of thousands, if not millions of gallons of water,” said Tom Rusin, CEO of HomeServe USA.

BEACON Advanced Metering Analytics (AMA) technology from Badger Meter will be the topic of the Total Water Solutions session entitled The Future of Water Utility Management: Advanced Metering Analytics (AMA). “We’re all in it for the same purpose, to bring visibility to water, to measure every drop, so we can conserve our precious resource going forward,” said John Fillinger, director of utility marketing at Badger Meter.Badger Meter is the ACE platinum sponsor for the third consecutive year.

ACE15, which will bring an estimated 12,000 water experts to the area June 7-10, is the longest running water conference in the world, having first convened in 1881. The event features several hundred expert presentations and an exposition of more than 500 companies showcasing the latest innovations in water technology.
