UniSystem® Package Wastewater Treatment Plant
10/21/2021
The standard UniSystem package plant is a rectangular tank consisting of an aeration chamber, hopper bottom clarifier, sludge holding tank, and chlorine disinfection chamber. Aeration Industries can supply painted carbon steel tankage or all of the internals and ancillary equipment for installation in concrete tanks. Treatment modules can be easily added to the design of the UniSystem depending on influent characteristics and effluent requirements. Treatment module options include a comminutor, flow equalization, denitrification equipment, filters, a membrane bioreactor, UV disinfection, post aeration, and phosphorus removal equipment.

Layne Membrane Bioreactors (MBRs)
4/9/2010
Membrane Bioreactors (MBRs) from Layne improve treatment efficiency while reducing the footprint of your wastewater treatment plant by replacing downstream clarifiers. Layne's submersible MBRs clarify wastewater directly in the aeration basin where, under low pressure or vacuum conditions, the pores in the membrane allow liquid to pass while rejecting suspended solids.

The Enviroquip® MBR System
11/3/2011
Submerged Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) technology for wastewater treatment and reuse to meet the most stringent nutrient limits.
-
microBLOX™ System
6/22/2011
microBLOX™ Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) systems are fully functional solutions to wastewater treatment problems and are ideally suited for a wide range of applications, including, but not limited to: housing developments, state parks, rest areas, isolated communities, military camps, shopping malls, golf courses, resorts, casinos, sewer mining (scalping), some industrial and more.

eFLOW Series Antistatic Device For Ultra-pure Water
3/21/2017
The eFLOW Series controls the specific resistance value of ultra-pure water by supplying carbon dioxide through a hollow fiber gas permeable membrane uniquely developed by DIC. This makes it possible to avoid dust re-adhering, and to prevent static electricity damage to the substrate pattern.
