Construction on the $168M expansion of the Signal Butte Water Treatment Plant in Mesa, Ariz., has reached a major milestone with the completion of a new 8-million-gallon potable water reservoir. McCarthy Building Companies Inc. (McCarthy) is serving as the general contractor and Black & Veatch is the engineer of record on the multi-phase plant expansion project.
