Water is many things to many different people. In developing economies, Water is Hope. Hope for economic growth and prosperity. Water is the enabler for building the new city in the desert or expanding opportunities in rural areas. In the U.S., water is often overlooked as a cheap commodity. But, it's anything but that. It's the backbone to sustaining life and it's becoming scarce in too many areas.
