Updated Water Operator Certification Study Guide Now Available From AWWA
The American Water Works Association (AWWA) has announced the publication of the sixth edition of its popular operator training aid, the Water Operator Certification Study Guide.
Specially designed to help water operators and students answer questions that appear on state certification exams, the fully updated sixth edition Water Operator Certification Study Guide has 1,385 sample questions and answers–more than twice as many as the previous edition.
The questions included in the book are based on the latest edition of AWWA's Principles and Practices of Water Supply Operations series textbooks, current US drinking water regulations, and State of California-approved training materials. Additionally, AWWA worked with the Association of Boards of Certification (ABC) to develop the study guide, ensuring that it follows the 2011 Need-To-Know Criteria established by ABC and fully prepares students for state certification exams.
