The In-Line Stormceptor is our most commonly installed model. The In-Line unit is available in 11 different unit sizes, ranging from 900 to 16,000 gallon storage capacities. Each unit is constructed from precast concrete components and a patented fiberglass insert.

When it rains, oils, sediment and other contaminants are washed from paved surfaces directly into our storm drains and waterways making erosion control an issue. Non-point source pollution, such as stormwater, now accounts for 80% of water pollution in North America.

Removing more pollutants

Stormceptor removes more pollutants from stormwater than any other separator which helps maintain erosion control.

  • Maintains continuous positive treatment of total suspended solids (TSS) year-round, regardless of flow rate
  • Designed to remove a wide range of particle sizes, (from 20 microns to 2,000 microns) including free oils, heavy metals and nutrients that attach to fine sediment
  • Can be designed to remove a specific particle size distribution (PSD)

Stormceptor models
For industrial, commercial, residential and government sites – virtually anywhere there is pavement, the following models are available for various site conditions:

Inline Stormceptor
Our standard design for most stormwater treatment applications requires only a 1 in. drop from the inlet pipe to the outlet pipe.

Inlet Stormceptor
The Inlet Stormceptor STC 300 is designed to replace a catch-basin, featuring an open grate at the surface. Ideal for small parking lots, loading bays, gas stations and other spill-prone areas. When used as a flow through unit, a 1 in. drop is required from the inlet pipe to the outlet pipe.

Submerged Stormceptor
The Submerged System functions in partially submerged pipes, making it ideal for coastal areas.

Series Stormceptor
Designed to treat larger drainage areas, the Series Stormceptor System consists of two adjacent units that function in parallel. This design eliminates the need for additional structures, reducing excavation and material costs. A 3 in. drop is required from the inlet pipe into the first unit to the outlet pipe in the second unit.
