SPE-DEX 1000 Extractor

Horizon Technology, Inc.DEX 1000 Extractor is a new, single station, fully automated solid phase extraction system designed exclusively for Oil and Grease using Method 1664A. Designed for speed, accuracy, and consistency of SPE extractions, Horizon Technology, Inc.DEX 1000 Extractor was designed for those facilities running few samples, but demand accurate results. Able to utilize both 47, 50, and 90mm SPE disks, Horizon Technology, Inc.DEX 1000 can handle even the most challenging samples.

The system automatically delivers all solvents, regulates sample filtration and disk drying times, and rinses the sample container and collects the extract. The analyst simply needs to evaporate the sample to dryness and calculate the amount of Oil and Grease. Solvent use is cut by up to 90% as compared to LLE (liquid-liquid extraction) and labor is reduced to less than five minutes per sample.
