RWL Water Group Announces The Formation Of MAIVEO S.A.S.

RWL Water expands its reach to provide water and wastewater solutions worldwide through strategic partnerships.

New York, NY (PRWEB) - RWL Water Group, the New York based global water solutions provider, is pleased to announce the formation of a new water treatment subsidiary based in France by Eurotec WTT, one of the Group’s portfolio companies. Maiveo has its registered office at ANCENIS (44154) – 193 rue de Charost, and is registered with the NANTES Registry of Trade and Companies.

Maiveo will be primarily focused on serving the water and wastewater markets in France. Eurotec’s solutions for water processes, wastewater treatment and the creation of waste-to-energy through anaerobic digestion will be a key focus for Maiveo. Maiveo will also acquire the material designs and installation references of Carbofil, a French based provider of bioreactors, in this transaction.
