Richard P. Arber Associates has added Nathan Clemens, Matthew Noteboom, and Tony DiMiceli to its Water and Wastewater Consulting Engineering Firm

Richard P. Arber Associates has added Nathan Clemens, Matthew Noteboom, and Tony DiMiceli to its Water and Wastewater Consulting Engineering Firm. Mr. Clemens is a graduate of the Masters Program in Environmental Engineering from Texas Tech University. He is currently working on water distribution projects for the City of Brighton, CO and Town of Eagle, CO.

Mr. Noteboom is a recent graduate from Colorado State University's Civil/Environmental Engineering Masters Program. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University. His thesis work included an in-depth study of pH effects on coagulation mechanics and dosage optimization for the City of Loveland, CO. He is currently working on the City of Black Hawk Water Treatment Plant evaluation.

Mr. DiMiceli joins the firms' CAD department after graduating with an Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting.

In addition, Mark Beebe, Project Engineer for the firm, has recently obtained his Professional Engineering License. Mark has worked on 40 projects for Arber Associates since joining the firm in 1997. He is presently working on the design of the LaJunta membrane water treatment plant.
