Residents Embrace Wastewater Recycling As Means To Sustain Communities

The Baldy View Chapter of the Building Industry Association of Southern California recently released a survey that showed strong support for using recycled wastewater to recharge groundwater basins.
Despite California no longer being in official drought, water scarcity is still a significant inhibitor to growth in San Bernardino County, an area considered primed for lower-cost housing with an estimated housing shortage of 65,000 units.
