Recycling Wastewater In The Oil Sands Of Western Canada
Source: Newterra Corporation
Newterra designs, builds and delivers a modular packaged wastewater treatment plant for remote locations like this 1,100-person camp in Alberta. This Newterra MBR System gives wastewater a new life at the client's Foster Creek and Christina Lake facilities by recycling it. By doing so, they're saving 60 million liters yearly, the equivalent of 25 Olympic-sized swimming pools.
