Poly-Triplex Liner System

Liners are fabricated at SunCoast Environmental International's factory to custom fit each structure to be lined. Once saturated with an epoxy resin that will bond to wet or dry surfaces, the liner is lowered into place in the structure. The liner is pressurized to approx. 1,000 pounds per sq. ft. and steam is injected at 300 degrees until the liner is cured in place. After curing, the inflation bladder is removed from the liner. The sub-floor over the invert is removed, and all pipes re-opened. The installation process from the time the liner is lowered into the structure is approximately 2-1/2 hours. The Poly-Triplex Liner forms a monolithic, structural enhancing rehab from the ring and cover to the invert channel. Permanent rehabilitation is completed.
