NPI Leak-Proof Tubing Connectors

Installing pumps often involves making connections to various other equipment and piping systems. This often necessitates connection of1/4"", 3/8" and 1/2" O.D. polyethylene tubing to rigid PVC (or other piping*) or making connections to existing tubing. Often these components leak or become disconnected from the tubing. NPI can provide a LEAK-PROOF solution to this problem.

NPI offers connectors for tubing-to-NPT pipe threads as well as a complete line of tubing-to-tubing connectors for replacing sections of tubing, etc. These are offered in machined PVC material and very rugged in design.

NPI also offers tubing connectors in machined PVC that will enable users to connect each tubing size (1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" O.D. sizes) to 1/2" socket connections for solvent bonding the fitting to PVC piping. This eliminates the need for applying Teflon tape to an NPT thread and therefore reduces one possible leak path in your system.

In addition, we offer a solid line of rugged tubing-to-NPT or socket connectors machined from solid stock or molded from robust fiber-reinforced engineering thermoplastics.
