Since North American Green was founded in 1985, our mission has remained constant: To supply our customers worldwide with the highest quality rolled erosion control products and to support those products with state-of-the-art technical and selling information.
True to our mission, we regularly evaluate everything from the efficiency of our manufacturing processes to the quality and diversity of the products we offer to the manner in which we support those products, and initiate changes when necessary or appropriate.
While milestones throughout our corporate history are many, we are particularly excited about several recent developments. Our new manufacturing facility dramatically increases our production capabilities, enables us to produce most products in customer-specified widths up to 16 feet, and allows us to hold most products, in most sizes, in stock for on-demand shipping.
Our globally-oriented Erosion Control Materials Design Software (ECMDS®) has always utilized the most advanced design procedures and laboratory and field research to provide performance guaranteed recommendations for all North American Green products. While our ECMDS® Version 4.2 received rave reviews from users, we pushed ourselves a step further, and we're pleased to recently announce the availability of ECMDS Version 4.3.
North American Green has traditionally offered the most comprehensive product performance guarantee in the industry. Our conviction that our products will not fail is so strong that – without prompting and without complaint about our existing guarantee – we've recently raised the bar even further. With the introduction of our new Ultimate Assurance Guarantee, we'll not only replace any soil, seed, fertilizer or other amendments that are lost, we'll also upgrade the erosion control material free of charge if a properly-specified and installed North American Green product fails.
When we take a step back and view these and other individual benchmarks collectively, one thing is clear not only to us but also to our customers: We don't just manufacture erosion control products, we provide comprehensive erosion control solutions.
