New Aluminum Dome Reservoir Cover Improves Water Quality For Laguna Beach County Water District

They don’t call it an “Ocean Lover’s Paradise” for nothing.  Located along the southern California coastline, Laguna Beach draws visitors from all over the world with its artistic and quaint village, plus 20 public beaches and unique coves.

Since 1925 the Laguna Beach County Water District has proudly provided reliable retail water service to more than 25,000 people within an 8.5 square mile area of Southern Orange County.  The district houses 21 water storage reservoirs with total storage capacity of 35.025 million gallons, providing approx. 10 days of water to the community, which is comprised mostly of residential water users.  The district imports water supply from the Colorado River and Northern California and retains a partnership with the Irvine Ranch Water District for its El Morro Reservoir.
