Manual Cleaning Separators (OTC)

Manual cleaning separators are used for the clarification and purification of coolant emulsions, washing liquids, lube oil, and diesel oil in small product streams in metalworking, the automotive industry, and the paper industry.

Manual cleaning separators are suitable for the clarification and purification of water- and oil-based liquids with a low solid content. The separated liquid is discharged from the bowl under pressure by means of a centripetal pump. The separated solids slide along the disk above into the solids holding space of the bowl. This must be manually cleaned on a regular basis.
