The microprocessor-based XE magnetic flowmeter line offers ±0.5% of rate accuracy, an integral display for rate and totalization, and a serial EEPROM. The EEPROM permits a quick exchange of converter electronics by eliminating the reprogramming of field parameters. All data are re-initialized from the EEPROM into the new converter with two keystrokes. The XE Series is available in either a flanged or wafer configuration with sizes from 1/10- to 12-in. An extensive choice of material configurations allows users to select the materials of construction that their processes dictate. An explosion-proof configuration is available.
