Lowe Engineering To Showcase GreaseStopper Automatic Grease Recovery Device At WEFTEC.07

Friedens, PA — Lowe Engineering's "New" GreaseStopper® Automatic Grease Recovery Devices are designed to keep large amounts of pipe-clogging fats, oils, and grease (FOG) from entering the city's sanitary sewer system. These high performance interceptors help full service and quick service restaurants comply with the city's sewer pretreatment regulations. Maintenance is easy. The removable screen basket separates and contains food scraps and solids. Grease is skimmed from the surface of the interceptor and drained into a external collection container. This hourly or daily self-cleaning feature of the GreaseStopper® keeps grease from accumulating allowing for greater efficiency than grease traps that merely store trapped grease.
