Liquid/Solids Separation System

The LHS-350 is a complete, skid-mounted system that features integrated controls for sump, tank, mixer, pumps, and the FiltraPak LW0470-01/03 (1 cu ft--expandable to 3 cu ft--capacity) 470-mm, CGR filter press. Other features include: a FP 1000 feed pump assembly with 1-in. ARO double diaphragm pump, a 350-gal conditioning tank (of cross-linked polyethylene) with 45-deg cone bottom, float-actuated level controls for the holding and conditioning tanks, and pneumatic tank mixer with 1 1/2 hp with stainless steel shaft and propellers. Operating requirements are a minimum 100-psi, 20-cfm air supply and 12-A/ 100-VAC. Overall dimensions are 78 in. (l) x 78 in. (w) x 77 in. (h).
