Lead Service Line (LSL) Software Platform

The BlueConduit software platform provides utilities a Smart Service Line Inventory, which uses utility data to provide address-level predictions of service line materials (both the public and private sections of the service line). These predictions allow the utility to prioritize replacements based on risk of having lead. It monitors and reports LSL replacement progress in a city’s utility-internal dashboard. A public-facing interactive map facilitates customer communications. The software is available as a standalone product or as BlueConduit powered by Esri LSLI.
