Insta-Valve 20-24 Provides New Control Points Without Disrupting Service To Hospital

Source: Hydra-Stop
las-vegas-success-story

The City of North Las Vegas, Nevada, relies on a 24-inch ductile iron water distribution line to supply a VA Hospital, a large residential area, and commercial properties. This pipeline, which is crucial for the region, currently spans over half a mile without isolation valves, lacking redundancy. In the event of a main break or failure, water service to these customers would be disrupted.

To prevent future service interruptions, the city enlisted Nevada Tap Master, a Hydra-Stop-certified installer, to add two Insta-Valve 20-24 insertion valves to this section of the distribution line, enhancing control and reliability.
