InnovaSonic® 203 Economical Ultrasonic Flow Meter
Sierra’s InnovaSonic® 203 digital liquid flow meter delivers highly accurate and repeatable flow measurement for water at a significantly reduced cost compared to other liquid flow meter manufacturers. Incorporating the core technologies of Sierra’s flagship 205i, the design of the 203 digital liquid flow meter optimizes the measurement of water as it flows in HVAC, irrigation, and other fluid applications.
Ideal for pipes up to 48 inches (1200 mm) in diameter, the 203 promises measurement accuracy to +/- 1.0% of reading from 1.6 to 40 ft/s (0.49 m/s to 12 m/s), repeatability of +/-0.3% of reading and a temperature range of 32°F to 140°F (0°C to 60°C).
As a longtime manufacturer of liquid flow meter solutions, Sierra developed the 203 to offer low power consumption and high reliability at a very competitive price. An easy-to-read display and clear, user-friendly menu selections make using the instrument simple and convenient. This digital liquid flow meter can be configured via a 4x4 keypad and features a 20x2 digit alpha-numeric display without any additional programming devices.
The 203 digital meter features a programmable frequency output, a relay output and a programmable current loop output. RS 232 and MODBUS RTU are standard. RS 485 is optional.
The InnovaSonic 203 is packaged in a lightweight polycarbonate IP65 housing and includes clamp-on encapsulated IP 68 sensors that are easy to install and require no cutting, thereby reducing installation and labor costs.
