Inflection Point Solutions Contracted for Pretreatment Solution To The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority

Overland Park, KS — Inflection Point Solutions, the national leader in the Pretreatment Information Management System (PIMS) software industry, has been awarded a contract to provide their PIMS product and related consulting services to the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.

The project includes software, software installation, software documentation, hardware recommendations, training, and continued maintenance and support.

This project allows the Authority to maintain continuity in their business processes, while improving the applied technology to enhance their level of customer service and support an ever expanding industrial pretreatment program," said Mark Grosskopf, President, Inflection Point Solutions.

Carolyn M. Fiore, MWRA's Director of Toxic Reduction and Control, which implements MWRA's Industrial Pretreatment Program, stated that the MWRA is pleased to be working with Inflection Point Solutions on this project. "The new PIMS will allow the MWRA and its wastewater permit holders to improve business interactions and communication while enhancing MWRA's ability to carry out its federal mandates for program implementation. We are looking forward to having this new system in place."

Some of the utilities currently utilizing IPS' PIMS product include the City of Columbus, OH; City of Wyoming, MI; Detroit Water and Sewerage Department, MI; Hampton Roads Sanitation District, VA; Los Angeles Bureau of Sanitation, CA; Metro Water Reclamation District (Denver), CO; Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, MO; Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, IL, and Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, WI.
