Hycor® Polymer Injector/Mixer

Parkson created this mixing valve to fit into existing piping without the need to weld in place. This unique design includes our polymer disbursement manifold and injection ring (optional), complete with tubing, gaskets, and fittings for four polar injection ports. While originally designed for the Hycor® ThickTech™ Rotary Drum Thickener, this innovative component will suit any in-line polymer mixer need. Customers who had this supplied with their ThickTech unit also have ordered additional mixers to work with other equipment in their plant.
The in-line polymer mixer is compatible with and ideal for both Parkson and non-Parkson equipment including:
- Hycor ThickTech Rotary Drum Thickeners
- Gravity belt thickeners
- Belt-filter presses
- Centrifuges
- Screw presses
- Fan presses
- Plate and frame presses
- Other pumping, sludge thickening and dewatering equipment
