Harris Utilities Launches Mobile Platform

Harris Utilities expands its solution offering by officially releasing Go, a mobile platform that provides the next step in consumer engagement. Go gives consumers the ability to access their utility account directly from their mobile device offering them a new level of convenience and control over their utility service, usage and payment options.

“We are thrilled about the launch of Go, our mobile platform. We’ve created a solution that fits the needs of utilities today by allowing them to further service their customers through the rapidly growing mobile market,” said Rob DiMurro, Group President of Harris Utilities.

Go allows consumers to sign into their account from their mobile phone and manage their information across all of their utility services. Consumers will conveniently be able to view and pay bills, get detailed meter readings, report issues and outages and be social through Facebook and Twitter connections. Using Go, utilities can send real-time bill reminders and utility notifications directly to the consumer so that they are constantly aware of important updates. With its simple and intuitive layout, consumers will adopt Go early and use it often.

Go is a utility app from utility experts. It allows utilities to improve customer service by communicating in new and engaging ways and streamlines operations by placing control over routine functions directly into the hands of consumers. For more information, visit www.harrisutilities.com/go.
