Fluid Dynamics Acquires Semblex Polymax Polymer Blending Systems

Lansdale, PA — Fluid Dynamics, Inc. recently announced that it has acquired of Semblex Polymax™ liquid and dry polymer preparation systems from Severn Trent Services. Fluid Dynamics was the first company to offer a standardized line of dry polymer blending systems to the water and wastewater treatment industry.

Fluid Dynamics Inc., a subsidiary of Neptune Chemical Pump Co. Inc., maintains sales offices in Boulder, Colo., and Lansdale, Pa. All manufacturing operations reside in Lansdale, PA.

"Combining the product lines of Fluid Dynamics and Semblex allows Neptune to offer the widest range of polymer blending and chemical metering systems in the industry, further strengthening our position in the municipal water and wastewater treatment market," said Mike Dowse, vice president of Neptune Chemical Pump Co., Inc.

Neptune/Fluid Dynamics liquid polymer blending systems can prepare liquid polymer solution at rates from 20 gph to 21,000 gph. And the dry polymer blending systems have virtually unlimited capacity.
