Fluence Corporation Limited Appoints Arnon Goldfarb As Director

Experienced Industrialist adds strength to Board of Directors

Fluence Corporation Limited (“Fluence” or the “Company”), a global leader in water and wastewater treatment solutions, recently announced the appointment of Arnon Goldfarb to the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

Mr. Goldfarb brings more than 30 years of executive experience to Fluence. He has held a number of key roles including 10 years as General Manager of TMB Ltd, a water treatment company involved with desalination, drilling, water reservoirs and aqua culture, in both domestic and international markets, and 5 years as Vice President Business Development of Israel Chemical.

Currently based in Israel and a partner with Israel Cleantech Ventures, a successful venture capital fund, Mr. Goldfarb sits on several Boards, including a local municipal waste treatment facility in the west Galilee region.
