FLEXFLO A-100N Peristaltic Metering Pump Features New Pump Head Design

FLEXFLO Peristaltic Pumps offers a design which is both self-priming and Valve-less (cannot vapor lock or lose prime). Peristaltic Design is well suited for abrasive, thick, and gaseous fluids that can foul conventional metering pumps.

Exclusive TFD system (Patented Tube Failure Detection) keeps both operators and pump rooms safe from spills. (Patent No. 7,001,153 and 7,284,964). If non-compatible chemical is detected in the head, the pump will automatically shut off, and will not restart until that chemical has been removed.

Other features include: new, easy to re-order pump tube assemblies; Feed output up to 5.17GPH (19.6LPH) working pressures to 100PSI/6.9Bar; digital models which accept 4-20mA, 0-10Vdc and pulse inputs for speed control; 1 amp alarm output relay.
