EnviroTech Pump Systems,Inc.
Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, EnviroTech Pumpsystems has been providing the world with specialized pumps and equipment for nearly a century. With manufacturing operations in the United States, Australia, Brazil, Chile, South Africa, and Europe, EnviroTech Pumpsystems can truly offer global support to any project. Selling under the trade names of ASH PUMP, EnviroTech Molded Products, Galigher, GEHO, Roto-Jet, Rubber Engineering, and WEMCO, these products can be found in all parts of the world. Mining and mineral processing, power generation, chemical processing, pulp and paper, phosphate and fertilizer, oil drilling, food handling, and high-pressure cleaning are just a few of the many industries served by EnviroTech Pumpsystems products.
In support of the company's global manufacturing capability, engineering and technology centers are located around the globe. Additional company resources include fully integrated elastomer manufacturing facilities, a foundry, modern machine shops (NC & CNC), warehouse and assembly operations, and one of the finest hydraulic test labs in the industry. The hydraulic test laboratory is the primary development tool for the engineering group in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is capable of running performance tests on all the company's products. This facility can test pumps with flow rates to 40,000 gpm, and motors of up to 1200 horsepower. All pump products are put through a rigorous development and testing procedure, both in the hydraulic lab and in field trials.
The ASH PUMP product line has been an industry leader since 1922. As the original patent holder for rubber-lined slurry pumps, ASH PUMP has been heavily involved in development of the mining and power industries as we know them today. The ASH PUMP product line is designed to provide customers with the lowest, overall operating costs through high efficiency hydraulics and long wearing parts. ASH PUMP centrifugal slurry pumps are produced in a wide range of sizes, with capacities up to 40,000 gallons per minute, and have a variety of construction options to customize flow characteristics and wear life. All pumps are engineered to have predictable maintenance cycles and field-replaceable parts, keeping plant downtime to a minimum.
Galigher Pump, one of the early suppliers to the North American mining industry, developed a rubber-lined, dual suction, cantilevered vertical pump that has become an industry standard. Today's successful design, the 5000 series, can be found in a wide variety of mineral, industrial, and chemical applications around the world. Galigher pumps are designed to be abrasion/corrosion resistant, and enjoy a reputation for being extremely rugged and reliable. The Galigher line includes a complete range of vertical, horizontal, submersible, peristaltic and integral tank pumps that are all available with a wide variety of size and construction options.
High pressure pumps are the mainstay of the Roto-Jet product line. Based on the principal that "Nothing could be simpler," Roto-Jet pumps are designed with only two working parts, a stationary pick-up tube (pito tube) and a rotating casing. The efficient and reliable design of the Roto-Jet pump has led to its application in a wide range of industries. Roto-Jet pumps can be found in boiler feed and desuperheating, central high-pressure cleaning, oil production, mining, pulp and paper, steel mill, and water injection applications. The Roto-Jet line is available in a range of different sizes and pressures, and can be custom designed for nearly any application where high pressure and dependability are needed.
WEMCO Pump has been serving the wastewater and sludge handling industries for over 30 years. Designed for every wastewater-handling job involving large solids, grit, shear-sensitive materials, and heavy, viscous sludges, WEMCO pumps can be found in all stages of the wastewater treatment process. Innovative features such as the Torque-Flow "liquid impeller," Hidrostal Prerostal prerotation system, and Hidrostal screw/centrifugal impeller are what keep WEMCO a market leader.
GEHO Pump is a leader in the design and manufacture of centrifugal, piston, and piston-diaphragm pumps. Primarily serving the mining/mineral processing, construction, waste water treatment industries, GEHO pump's are manufactured in Venlo (the Netherlands) and sold throughout the world by EnviroTech Pumpsystems. Known for their heavy-duty design, GEHO pumps have been engineered for the conveyance of sludges and slurries with extremely high viscosity. Abrasive slurry with solids concentration of up to 90% can be transported long distances with these types of pumps.
