The Saline Water Conversion Corporation, represented by its research arm, the Institute for Water Technology Innovation and Advanced Research, signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Institute of Ocean Technology in the Republic of India, on the sidelines of the G20 summit in New Delhi, which includes bilateral cooperation in the fields of water, innovation, renewable energy, and technology development. This memorandum reflects the capabilities of “desalination” and its pioneering experience in addressing water challenges and employing innovation, research, and finding qualitative solutions, to expand the horizons of international cooperation and strategic partnerships with countries of the world, in conjunction with the Kingdom’s recent announcement of the establishment of a global water organization based in Riyadh, to develop and integrate the efforts of countries and organizations to address water challenges.
